New Stanley Elementary School Teacher Named Teacher of the Week by DM Law

“He always puts the kids first.”
That’s how colleagues describe Jason Holler, the dedicated SPED teacher at New Stanley Elementary School, who’s just been named Teacher of the Week.
On Monday, October 6, Mr. Holler was recognized in front of his small class by the law firm of DiPquale Moore (DM Injury Law).
Mr. Holler is known for his unwavering compassion and tireless advocacy for his students.
“This honor couldn’t go to a more deserving educator,” said New Stanley Elementary School Principal Dr. Judy Vang.
“He has a positive impact on our New Stanley community. He has built exceptional rapport and relationships with both students and staff, contributing greatly to the welcoming and inclusive culture of our school.”
Whether he’s finding new ways to engage his students or lending a hand to fellow educators, Mr. Holler’s commitment shines through in everything he does.
“They are the reason I get up every morning, and I strive to make each experience they have with me worthwhile,” he shared. “We work hard, but we also have fun.”
The Kansas City-area law firm’s Teacher of the Week contest allows community members and peers to nominate exceptional educators for their impact on students’ lives.
As part of the recognition, Holler received a $250 Visa Gift Card, a DM Injury Law Prize Pack, special recognition on DM Injury Law’s social media, and Holler’s photo will be displayed on a digital billboard.
“For me, it was great to be acknowledged by my peers and DM Law, but what really got me was when the student talked about why I deserved the award. Their endorsement means so much to me.”
